I don't know what these objects are but, they are! They obviously aren't star or galaxies. They could be secret government ships/stations in space. However, because they haven't been identified by the general public they are definately UFOs.

In this 7min 35sec vid. they offer several possible explanations as to why many nuclear bombs were suddenly rendered inoperable. I don't know why, of course, but I'm betting that the objects the gaurds saw hovering around the silo had something to do with it.
